Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities (KRAs)

Responsible for handling Outbound / Inbound calls and provide sales related information to customers. Representing the company by making calls over phone, chat, sms and updating customer records. Handling queries and objections to initiate – engage and complete the buying process while maintaining excellent customer rapport.

Education and Experience

  • Graduate.
  • Experience in Customer Service activities preferred (Need not worry, SKILLsutra will provide the desired experience).
